Abby’s personal training method is a science-based artistic blend of the yang and yin elements of the body and mind, empowering you to explore your own physique and psyche and feel confident strengthening yourself.
The first session is a deep discovery chat and movement screen meant to evaluate for muscular imbalances, alignment issues, and to gain a greater understanding of goals and intentions.
Your starting point and desired directions guide Abby’s planning.
Your training journey begins with bulletproofing your core and finessing functional, pain-free movement patterns. This may involve myofascial release and active stretching, as well as bodyweight-based strength training. After a solid foundation is created, Abby will introduce your body to more advanced strength, conditioning, and sculpting exercises including but not limited to to achieve your athletic and physique goals.
Abby is practiced and versed in a wide array of disciplines, including but not limited to kettlebells, suspension training, dance, primal movement, free weights, yoga, meditation, and motivational interviewing.
